Does PurchaseControl help prevent buying and procurement fraud?

Absolutely! In fact, this is one of the main reasons that our customers love PurchaseControl. Our software enforces procurement compliance and Accounts Payable compliance so fraud is caught before it happens.

Is PurchaseControl easy to learn and use?

Yes. PurchaseControl is the easiest to use Procure-to-Pay software on the market. It takes about 20 minutes for new users to master day-to-day tasks in the software. We also offer training and support at no additional cost to make sure our users are always getting the most from the system.

Does PurchaseControl offer 3-way matching of purchase order, delivery receipts, and vendor invoice?

Yes. While we recommend the best practice of 3-way matching (purchase order, delivery receipts, and vendor invoice) the software also has flexibility to allow for 2 way matching (purchase order and invoice), if that is your requirement.

Is it possible to set spend limits per user / department in PurchaseControl?

Yes. PurchaseControl has powerful and granular controls for spend at both the user and the department level.

How much does PurchaseControl cost?

PurchaseControl is really cost effective Procure-to-Pay software. We charge per user, and for less than the price of a latte a week, you can have each user up and running in minutes. If you have more than 50 employees, you need a Procure-to-Pay system that pays for itself. We also offer enterprise level support and onboarding for free.

And you can try it free to be sure!

License costs depend on the number of users you need to have access to the system and if you want to use any of our additional modules such as Inventory, Ticketing or AP-Max. To get an accurate quotation for your needs please arrange a short discovery call with one of our friendly experts who will talk you through the options (there’s no commitment, and no pressure).

Do most of your customers find that PurchaseControl pays for itself?

Yes, PurchaseControl pays for itself many times over by stopping incorrect payments – duplicate invoices, paying for un-received goods/services, paying for the same items twice, paying more than was agreed on the purchase order, and so on.

Also, a lot of time is saved by replacing approval bottlenecks with automated digitial workflows and less typing.

Other areas where additional savings can be made include – stopping non pre-approved spend, reducing the costs of processing POs and invoices, reducing indirect spend, reducing costs associated with internal and external audits, reducing costs related to month end and year end reporting.
